Mandala Mindfulness: A Peer Support Group for Creative Coloring and Connection
Thursdays, July 6-August 10.
10-11 AM.
Many people find the drawing or coloring of a mandala to be meditative. The very nature of drawing or coloring a mandala is therapeutic and symbolic.
Come relax and let your creativity flow. Meet peers and make connections.

Yoga with Kat
Thursdays, June 1-29.
6:30-7:30 PM.
This class will include breathwork, meditation, stretching, and functional movement. Encouraged for all levels.
Parent and Tween Crafting Night
Thursday, July 6. 7-8:30 PM.
Come join us on Thursday night for an Adult and Tween (ages 8-11) craft. Tweens bring your parent, grandparent, aunt, uncle or adult of your choice to make a craft together. Each month will be a different craft.
Improv Workshop
Friday, July 7. 1-2 PM.
In this workshop, participants will learn and practice improvisation activities and techniques that will help to improve expressive language skills as well promote faster thinking and decrease stress. No experience necessary.
T's Taekwondo
Saturday, July 8. 10-10:30 AM.
The Martial Arts are open to all people. In class we will learn basic self defense techniques, proper form and even a bit about Korean Culture. Respect is at the forefront of our classes as we develop students who respond and speak to each other respectfully at all times! This is a no contact class, open to everyone ages 12 and up.

Why let the adults have all the fun? The super popular Improv Workshop is now for teens! In this workshop, participants will learn and practice improvisation activities and techniques that will help to improve expressive language skills as well promote faster thinking and decrease stress. Plus, because improv is a lot of fun, it is a great stress reliever as well.
