District #5 Pleasant Valley Schoolhouse

Class photograph at the Pleasant Valley schoolhouse, taken in 1936, showing four grades of students. Their teacher was Beatrice Manchester, who married Edwin Burnham. Union District School

Many of the Oral Histories contain memories of going to Union School, Doris Pelton Burgdorf, Ruth Bortolan and Robert E. Raymond just to name a few.
