Please Have Displays/Products Involving Peach Products Or Peach Themes All Applications And Payment Must Be Received By: July 1. Funds Received Afterjuly 1st Will Be Returned. Spaces Will Not Be Reserved Until Application And Payment Is Received.Vendor Notification Will Be Sent No Later Than July 20th. Vendor Parking Passes Will Be Given At Check-In.Set Up May Begin At 6:00 AM And Must Be Completed By 8:30 AM On Day Of Event. NO Early Setups. Vendors Arriving After 8:30 Will Be Considered No-Shows And Not Gain Entry Or Receive A Refund.YOU Are Responsible For Your Trash, A Dumpster Provided At N. Railroad And E. Third St. Plus, Trash Barrels Nearby. Right Of Refusal: The Wyoming Peach Festival Reserves The Right Of Refusal To Any Entry Deemed Offensive. Offensive Signage, Slogans Deemed Inappropriate By 2 Or More Committee Members Is To Be Removed,Refusal By Attendee Is Immediate Removal From Festival,(If Necessary, With Police Assistance) And Banned From Thewyoming Peach Festival. Festival Is RAIN Or Shine. Attendees May NOT Leave Until 3 PM. Roads Reopen At 4:00 PM.Wyoming Peach Festival Has A No Exclusives Policy.
