History Of BisAgape Church Of God:

Bishop John Marks saw a need for a Church of God in the Loxahatchee, Florida (Western West Palm Beach area). A place where he was born and raised. He began by opening up his home and naming the church Agape Temple.

Soon the church grew to big for his home and it was moved to a nearby school until Agape Church of God was built in 1987 at it's present location.

The church has seen many changes through the years but it continues to grow with abundant love. God truly touches us in our services.

Agapes Mission:

-Love God - With all your heart, mind, soul, and strength - Matt. 22:3
-Worship God - Praise, singing, prayer, and tithing - John 4:23-24
-Serve God - Giving of tithes, offerings, and special gifts of love and teaching to bless other's lives - John 12:26
-Training Center - Equipping, teaching, and coaching the saints to do the work of the ministry - Eph 4:11-13
-Benevolence Center - A place of caring for the orphans, widows and unwed mothers - James 1:27
-Evangelism - Preaching the gospel, winning the lost, and discipling the saints - Matt. 28:18-20.
