The Alice Aycock Poe Center for Health Education is a charitable non-profit whose vision is that all North Carolina children and youth become healthy adults.  Our mission is to educate and empower North Carolina children, youth and their families to make choices that improve positive health behaviors.

 

The Poe Center focuses on reducing childhood obesity, injury prevention, reducing the spread of disease, preventing drug and alcohol use among youth, enhancing nutrition, teen pregnancy prevention and ending tobacco use.
