Another 48 Hours strives to bring the live music experience back to Southeastern Oklahoma. LABOR DAY WEEKEND, 1975: The “48 Hours in Atoka” music festival took place in Atoka, Oklahoma. The lineup included Waylon Jennings, Willie Nelson, Freddy Fender, David Allan Coe, Don Williams, Larry Gatlin, and more. Music historians consider this to be the beginning of the Outlaw Country movement.
