Appalachian Seeds Farm And Nursery
We are a sustainable family farm in western NC. We specialize in open pollinated and heirloom tomato, vegetable, herb, annual and perennial plants and products. We are the only source of locally produced heirloom tomato seeds in western North Carolina. The maxim "let food be your medicine and medicine be your food" guides us in every aspect of our farming operations as we lovingly and respectfully produce foods and medicines to heal ourselves, our community, and the earth. We follow certified organic guidelines in all of our production practices and are seeking organic certification.

We offer a wide range of open pollinated and heirloom vegetables, herbs and flowers. We encourage members to assist us in growing and harvesting their food. Sharing the joy, grace, and delight of the farm is such a wonderful opportunity, we love for members to join us on the growing adventure! We are incorporating more medicinal components, like elderberry syrup, into our CSA shares as we are able.
