The task of Grace Missions is to go to every people group in the world and make disciples for Jesus Christ. This includes proclaiming the gospel to unbelievers, establishing local churches, baptizing believers, and then teaching them God’s Word so that they can, in time, become witnesses of God’s grace and thereby model this same discipleship process in the lives of still others (Mt. 28: 19-20, II Tim 2:2)
At the same time, God is challenging Christians who do not go into missions vocationally to actively pray, give, support, and participate in ministry teams both at home and abroad. This is the responsibility of the local church in carrying out the Great Commission.
The mission purpose of the Ashland Grace Brethren Church is to be actively involved in the mission work supported by our Grace Brethren Fellowship (GBIM, GBNAM, CE National, etc.) and any GBC approved mission agency by;
Recruiting missionaries from among our local membership and the Grace Brethren Fellowship.
