The aim of the school system is to provide an integrated curriculum of quality education for all grade levels, stressing the development of understandings, appreciations, desirable attitudes, and special abilities with the student. The schools shall strive to maintain a proper balance in the curriculum and constantly evaluate it to maintain the kinds of experiences needed by all students to assume their responsibility to the community in a democratic society.
