History:

The Bentonville Public Schools District began in 1841 as a subscription school. In 1872 the first public school was built. Encompassing 142 square miles, the Bentonville Public School District has always experienced rapid growth. The rapid growth and increase in student population has challenged the district to meet facility needs.Bentonville Schools have successfully met these challenges of change throughout history.
