Berkshire Timebank is a currency free,social and community-building network of people who are serving each others' needs by using their time as money.
      Similar to a barter network, people exchange services without the use of 
money. Unlike bartering, however, timebanking means that one does not have to do an equal exchange with the person they have received a service from. One simply trades with the bank, earning or spending Time Dollars, one Dollar for each
hour.
