Vision Statement:
Bethesda Community Clinic is a Christ-centered 501(c)3 nonprofit dedicated to providing quality, affordable health care services to Cherokee County's "working poor" (based on family size and income at or below 150% of the national poverty guidelines), as well as the uninsured and underinsured (people who can only afford major medical insurance). Through a partnership with the Georgia Volunteer Health Care Program, we are committed to improving the health status of the entire community. The key focus will be to provide primary medical coupled with health promotion and wellness programs that aim to motivate positive changes in order to prevent, control, and reverse chronic illnesses in this at-risk population. Services are based on the values of advocacy, compassion, dignity, faith, kindness, and stewardship. All contributions are tax deductible.
Mission Statement:
To demonstrate the compassion of Christ by providing quality healthcare to those in need, to be a healthcare home for people in need of affordable care, and a solution for our growing county's burdened healthcare system.
