Bialas Farms offers a large variety of top-quality produce all grown within the confines of our beautiful 55-acre Black Dirt farm. We will have more field-grown products in the beginning, but the end of the CSA will find you with an abundance of greenhouse delicacies. We offer both "you choose" and pre-selected weekly/bi-weekly shares along with the option of purchasing additional products at our on-farm Mini Markets.

Bialas Farms has been family owned and operated since 1939. Our family works together to provide you with the best we can grow here in Orange County's Black Dirt region. We grow nearly a hundred different items both outdoors and in our three greenhouses for retail sale at farmers markets, for wholesale, and for our CSA program.

Our on-farm Open Houses and Mini Markets are open to the public and are held several times each year. We offer visitors a glimpse behind the scenes at a mid-sized working farm, as well as the opportunity to enjoy the bounty of the season with other vendors who join us inside our barn for a fun and friendly afternoon.
