A small "farmette" located in the Shenandoah Valley, Big Catalpa Farm is named after some very large Catalpa trees on the property. We are committed practitioners of ecological gardening. We do not use pesticides or chemical fertilizers because we respect and protect the birds, beneficial insects and animals that choose to live here or pay a visit to our farm.

The CSA size is based on supplying enough produce for a family of 3. Weekly quantities and variety will vary based on harvest conditions. The produce will be packaged in paper and plastic grocery bag
