Mission Statement:

The mission of the Big Pine  Academy is to provide a safe and nurturing school environment.  We guarantee that each and every student will have access to an enriching and challenging curriculum.  Our curriculum contains the skills, content knowledge and character development necessary for quality student outcomes.  We will help all students become successful life-long learners and responsible, informed citizens of the 21st century.

In a culture of respect and discipline, all pre-school though fourth grade students at the Big Pine Academy will master reading, math and science.  We will work to ensure that every student has an opportunity to succeed in college.

Vision Statement:

The single most important way to ensure student success in middle school, high school and college is to improve elementary schools.

We at the Big Pine Academy recognize that students who do not master their basic skills during their elementary school years will fail in middle school, dropout in high school, and never make it to college. We are focusing on this next generation and providing greater opportunity through non-experimental, research based best practice education.
