From our range to yours! At Bird Creek Ranch, our family uses holistic management practices to raise grassfed Highland beef and Icelandic lamb for your health and enjoyment.

Bird Creek Ranch animals are treated humanely, growing under Montana's Big Sky with its fresh air, sunshine, and green pastures. We do not use routine antibiotics, growth hormones, or genetically modified organisms.

Our naturally tender Highland beef and Icelandic lamb is lean, healthy meat that is USDA inspected and available for sale in individual cuts, in a half and whole carcasses, and by subscription (deliveries and payment in 4 installments). It comes to the customer cut, wrapped and flash-frozen to preserve its freshness.

We want to make living locally as convenient as possible. If you don't have room in your freezer for a half beef but what to take advantage of the half beef price, you might want to consider buying "beef by subscription." A $100 deposit is required. We deliver your half beef in 4 installments and payments are made in 4 equal installments. We deliver with no charge in the Great Falls, Helena, and Cascade areas, and other deliveries to the Missoula and Bozeman areas that can be arranged.
