Mission

The mission of Black Belt Treasures Cultural Art Center is to foster, develop, and promote economic development initiatives aimed at creating jobs and increasing the income of local residents through the marketing of arts, crafts, literature, food products, and other items unique to Alabama's Black Belt and to cultivate and provide arts education in the region.

About Us

Black Belt Treasures is a non-profit organization developed to showcase and promote the arts of the Black Belt region. The development and retention of the area's art skills are vital to the process. All of these elements combine as an economic engine that has resulted in increased sales and recognition for area artists, as well as contributing to the development of the tourism industry in our region.
