Blackville-Hilda Public Schools is a district in which cultural diversity and individual worth are respected by and for all. Our mission is to provide all students with appropriate innovative educational experiences which are designed to enable students to become successful, responsible, and contributing citizens in an environment that is safe, healthy and supportive.

Vision

By the year 2010, Blackville-Hilda Public Schools will be the top ranking district in the County of Barnwell.

Goals

Blackville-Hilda Public Schools will receive a rating of "Excellent" on the district report card.

Blackville-Hilda Public Schools will become a system of life-long learning.

Blackville-Hilda Public Schools will develop a reciprocal partnership with businesses in the Blackville Industrial Park.

Blackville-Hilda Public Schools, in conjunction with the town of Blackville, will develop a community park behind Macedonia Elementary School.

Blackville-Hilda Public Schools will develop a distance learning laboratory.

Blackville-Hilda High School will complete SACS accreditation process by Spring 2002
