The Blair County Arts Festival is presented by the Blair County Arts Foundation, owner and operator of the Historic Mishler Theatre in downtown Altoona.

All proceeds from the festival are used to maintain and operate the Mishler. This includes vendor fees, sponsorships, and parking fees. Thank you for your part in keeping the doors open to this beautiful theatre.
