The statement of purpose of the Blairsvile Board of Parks and Recreation is to provide Comprehensive recreation, health fitness, arts & crafts, and wellness programs to the Blairsville Borough residents and surrounding area's including pre-shool, children, adolescents, adults and the geriatric population.
