We are having masonry work done on our Church (garage side).  A column between two panels of stained glass is being fixed.  This unexpected cost will be about $7,000 - $10,000.  Stainglass and column repair on garage side of the church $68,000,  Gables seperating from the roof (Church) $100,000 and (Rectory) $57,000.  These repairs are "Life Safety Issues" and must be done immediately.

Down the road a little bit are the repairs to the old school.  Windows will cost $25,000 and inside repairs are close to $40,000.  The cost of new heaters for our School will be $70,000-$120,000.

Our PECO Energy bill for the month of January was $7,111!
