Blooming Glen Farm CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) was formed in 2006 to offer fresh, nutritious, chemical-free, sustainably grown produce. Farmers Tom and Tricia have over 11 years of experience in small scale organic agricuture. Our mission is to grow a large variety of high quality vegetables using holistic practices, while educating the community about the importance of where our food comes from and how it is produced. We are excited about reminding people of the true flavors of produce- we love when our CSA members tell us that they haven't tasted a strawberry or tomato that delicious since they were a child snacking straight out of their mom's garden. Through various on farm workshops, potlucks and festivals we are committed to reconnecting our community to the land, to their farmers and to their neighbors, all through a shared love of food.
