Boys & Girls Clubs of Athens:
Founded over 40 years ago, Boys & Girls Clubs of Athens provide a clean, healthy and safe environment for youth age 6 to 18. When students arrive after school, they can participate in a host of activities in a number of areas: the library, game room, computer room, arts and crafts and the gym. In addition, the club provides the latest proven youth development programs with all activities supervised by trained professional staff members and dedicated volunteers. These members work hard to provide positive experiences for youth on a daily basis. Bus routes directly to all the schools in the Athens area provide opportunities for kids to attend regularly. The Boys & Girls Club is an asset to the Athens community. It gives the youth of Athens a place to play, work and learn.
