BICC exists to provide programs that assit families to gain relevant knowledge and skills needed to thrive as a strong, cohesive unit.

BICC has four main programs:

Starfish is an in-home parenting program that services families with children prenatal-5 years

Transitions is a 7-week program that strengthens families with youth ages 10-14 through interactive activities

Bridging the Gap (BTG) is a one-to-one mentoring program that pairs youth ages 6-16 with a caring adult

Inspiring Tomorrow's Leaders Today (ITLT) is a leadership development program for youth in middle school and high school that teaches leadership skills and participates in community service.
