Buffalo Valley Farm
CSA's contain a variety of vegetables, fruits, and herbs. For instance, end of July CSA's contained cucumbers, large heirloom tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, green beans, peppers, yellow squash, eggplant, okra, cabbage, corn, canteloupe, watermelon, and basil. In the early spring the CSA's contained various lettuces, radishes, beets, green peas and herbs. In September and October, they will have tomatoes, peppers, broccoli, swiss chard, beets, cabbage, spinach, kale, pumpkins, and winter squash.

We grow a variety of vegetables and some fruits, honey, and mushrooms using only sustainable agriculture methods. We sell only to local customers through CSA'a and a farm stand open on Wednesday's from 4-7 pm and Saturdays from 10-1 pm from June to October.
