Welcome to the Bunker Hill Historical Society website, a nonprofit Corporation with its principal office in the city of Bunker Hill in Macoupin County, Illinois. We are located at 114 E. Warren St.
Our Purpose
The Corporation's purposes are as set forth in its Articles of Incorporation, which were approved by the Secretary of the State of Illinois on February 26, 1999. The General purpose shall be to promote a program that will bring about a better understanding and appreciation by the community of its history, art, and natural environment. The Corporation also established and maintains a museum and allied projects.
