The Mission of the Burlington Camden County Association of REALTORS® is to promote professionalism and profitability of members through services, communication and advocacy.

BCCAR®'s membership is composed of commercial and residential brokers and salespeople, property managers, appraisers, counselors and other real estate professionals. BCCAR® is part of the New Jersey Association of REALTORS®, one of the largest trade associations in New Jersey with 48,000 members. BCCAR® is also part of the nation's largest trade organization, National Association of REALTORS®, which currently has more than 1.2 million members.

BCCAR® provides its REALTOR® members with many real estate-related programs, products and services including awards and recognition programs, opportunities to be involved with committees and taskforces, and an online and in-office store. BCCAR® also serves as an effective legislative voice for members on the local level, working closely with outside sources to strengthen relationships with government and local leaders on ordinance and other issues affecting where we live and work.

BCCAR® offers an Affiliate program which reaches all of our 3,200 members. Affiliates are welcomed from all industries and are encouraged to instruct workshops, seminars, and courses.

BCCAR® owns and operates the Real Estate Success Institute, Inc., offering NJ pre-licensure and broker candidate courses, and designation and certification courses. BCCAR® has an on-staff instructor and expert in the field who is working on the new curriculum for Continuing Education that was just passed as requirement in New Jersey.
