Burr Oak Garden
Burr Oak Gardens is a family owned and operated CSA style vegetable farm in Rio, WI. Founded in 2010 by Tyler Rowe and Kate Olson, both graduates of UW-Madison's Horticulture Department, Burr Oak Gardens seeks to increase locally grown vegetable consumption in Madison and the Fox Valley. Although not certified organic, we are in the process of becoming certified as "In Transition" and will hopefully gain our certification in 2013. We offer four different share sizes including: Full Share (Feeds a family of 4-Delivered for 20 weeks), Half Share (Feeds a family of 2-Delivered for 20 weeks), Full Share Every Other Week (Feeds a family of 4- Delivered for 10 weeks), & Half Share Every Other Week "Student" Share (Feeds a family of 2- Delivered for 10 weeks).
