Mission:
It is the mission of the Boy Scouts of America to serve others by helping to instill values in young people and in others ways to prepare them to make ethical choices over their lifetime in achieving their full potential. The values we strive to instill are based on those found in the Boy Scout Oath and Law.

Vision:
The mission of the BSA in such an exceptional manner as to be recognized by our public as the premier youth organization in every community we serve and by neighboring councils and the National Council as second-to-none in all our endeavors.
