About Us

Caliente Isle Yacht Club was founded in 1967 to promote family boating and social activities. We are a friendly, active, full facility, all volunteer boat club. Our social calendar includes cruise-ins, cruise-outs, raft-ups, BBQ’s, dinner parties, dancing and many other fun-filled events both on and off the water.

Caliente’s ideal location is close-by, yet spiritually worlds away. The improved Caliente facilities and nearby gas dock, are in the middle of the deep protected waters of Taylor Slough; just minutes from the fast water of False River and the San Joaquin. Caliente offers a spacious clubhouse with available bar and galley. From here the unobstructed sunsets over Mount Diablo are breathtaking. For the sports minded, our large screen TV offers a diversion from the Delta scenery surrounding the island. Clean showers and restrooms reduce the load on your boat’s systems, making events comfortable for family and guests.
