The California Garlic Festival will strive to provide a plethora of Garlic dishes including but not limited to: Garlic Fries, Garlic Mushrooms and Onions in a Bread Bowl, Garlic Pesto Pasta, Maple Brown Sugar Garlic Ice Cream and more! Food vendors will be required to sell at least one garlic item, if not more. to add to the deliciousness of the California Garlic Festival!
