Standard full share delivered twice a month includes: 1 whole chicken(4 lb. average); 1 dozen eggs; 1lb. of chicken sausage OR 1.5 lbs plain ground OR 2 lb. legs or wings; 1 Poulet Rouge in July or August INSTEAD of the regular whole chicken. Holiday pack includes all of the above AND one 12 lb. heritage breed turkey OR one 18 lb. standard breed turkey at Thanksgiving and one whole smoked chicken in December. Half shares are delivered once per month. We are a fifth generation farm family raising: cornish cross broilers, heritage turkeys, and laying hens. We are the home of Minnesota's Poulet Rouge TM, a heritage European style chicken. Our animals are free range in the summer, warm & comfy inside a spacious barn in winter. We don't use antibiotics, medications, growth hormones or stimulants, or animal by-products. We have a "Minnesota Equal To" processing plant on the farm where we process all our chickens and turkeys. Every year we have a farm tour and "down home dinner" please check calander.
