The Mission of Calvary Lutheran Church is to proclaim the Good News of Jesus Christ and to minister to all people.

About Us:

The first service of Calvary Lutheran was held in November 1950 at the City Library in Scottsbluff. Calvary was officially organized on October 28, 1951 and incorporated on April 30, 1952. 

The present church site was purchased in May 1952 and the first Sanctuary (now the Fellowship Hall) was dedicated on September 6, 1953. 

In 1962, Calvary built a new sanctuary and education unit which was dedicated on June 16, 1963. In 1980, the congregation completed a Building Addition that connected the Sanctuary and Parish Hall.
