Carroll Manor Elementary School is located in the central administrative area of Baltimore County. The school area primarily serves the children of semi-professional and professional residents.

Carroll Manor's academic program provides instruction for students in Pre-Kindergarten through grade five. The average class size is 24 with the total enrollment numbering 325.

Enrichment activities are provided for all students at Carroll Manor. The children in the intermediate grades participate in the Junior Achievement Program.

The school operetta is of a professional nature and parents, staff, and community look forward to the annual production. The students participate in numerous musical performances throughout the year including band, orchestra, chorus, and a talent show. Carroll Manor Elementary students are involved in various community service projects throughout the year.

Carroll Manor has a most active, involved, and productive PTA organization. Parents are a critical part of our success. They serve in a variety of capacities to include individual and small group instruction, clerical tasks, public relation efforts, and class coverage for teachers.
