Cass County Performing Arts Council, Inc. was founded in 2000 by a group of volunteers who had a vision to bring cultural arts to local, Cass County venues.  The organization is a 501c(3) nonprofit, funded primarily by grants, corporate sponsorships and its dedicated membership base.

Led by a small board of directors, CPAC has brought over 55 performances to Cass County. Most entertainers perform at schools and/or nursing homes in addition to their performances for the general public. Venues may include local restaurants, community centers, Music City Texas Theater, nursing homes, elementary and high schools all over Cass County.
