The purpose of the Celina - Mercer County Chamber of Commerce shall be to advance the civic, economic, and social welfare of the people of the Mercer County, Ohio area.

The Celina-Mercer County Chamber of commerce is a voluntary organization of business and professional men and women who have joined together for the purpose of promoting the civic, economic, and social progress of Mercer County. It is a non-profit organization financed primarily by investment of its members and special projects.
