Mission:

The Chapel Hill Philharmonia strives to:

 - Offer accomplished amateur adult instrumentalists in the Chapel Hill-Carrboro and surrounding Triangle area of North Carolina an opportunity to play together in an orchestra and connect with other local musicians;

 - Create an environment in which orchestra members may develop their musical talents under the leadership of professional musicians;

 - Inspire adults and children to appreciate, study, and play classical music by providing free classical music concerts in the Chapel Hill-Carrboro and surrounding Triangle area of North Carolina; and

 - Encourage young musicians to strive for excellence in music.
