Chardon Fire Department is located 30 miles east of Cleveland, Ohio, in heart of the "snow belt" in northern Geauga County.  With 7 full time employees, and 43 part-timers, the department handles approximately 1700 calls each year, mostly for EMS service from one fire station on the square in the City of Chardon.  Service is provided to Chardon City, Chardon Twp, and Claridon Twp.
