Charleston Area Beekeepers Association, Inc. (CABA) is a completely volunteer organization comprised of members mainly from (but not limited to) the general vicinity around Charleston, South Carolina, USA.

Members are beekeepers, researchers, and people or all ages who enjoy beekeeping as a hobby or simply wish to promote bees and beekeeping to benefit our local and global economy, educate our youth, and improve our overall health and wellness.

• Join, volunteer, or donate to support CABA (annual membership is only $30)

• Learn about bees--take a beekeeping class and host a hive of your own
  
  
• Attend our fun, free, annual community event, Charleston Honey & Bee Expo held on Sunday, the day after the Bridge Run at Cinebarre in Mount Pleasant
  Help us circulate the flyer to friends, neighbors, and post it at school/work!
  
  
• Spread the word! Help us publicize our website, Facebook, and events!

We support the South Carolina Beekeepers Association (SCBA) which hosts meetings, educational conferences, and funds beekeeping research to identify best practices for beekeeping.
