The mission of Cherry Street School is to provide high expectations and excellent instruction with a curriculum that guides students to become successful, confident and productive individuals with a superior education. A culture of excellence is expected by parents and other members of the learning community.

Whole School Reform
Cherry Street has adopted the district’s reform model entitled “Shared Responsibility for Student Achievement: A Plan for Improving Student Learning.” The model focuses on four key areas: 1) Student achievement to meet state standards; 2) A safe and positive learning environment; 3) Increased parental involvement in support of student achievement; and 4) Improved school facilities.
