As the regional health sciences learning center for the Mid-Shore community, Chesapeake College Allied Health Center assures access to a comprehensive array of allied health programs and services. It is responsive to the needs of individual learners and to the requirements of the region s work force. A community of commitment through the Center focuses on the realization of the promise of our region and the potential of each learner.

The Allied Health Center is centrally located in historic Easton, 219 South Washington Street at Memorial Hospital at Easton. Memorial Hospital is an integral partner in nursing and allied health education with Chesapeake College. The hospital makes its medical library accessible to Chesapeake students and is a clinical learning facility for most of the programs. The center has four classrooms featuring state of the art technology, a nursing and allied health learning lab, an academic computing lab, two distance learning classroom, faculty and administrative offices. The Allied Health Center is a full service center will registration and business office function.

The center prepares allied health students as independent learners who are intellectually competent, technologically proficient, skilled in the application of learning, and who share the values and common goals of our culture. In addition, our students will be prepared to compete in the global marketplace.
