The Chester Downtown Development Association is a team of volunteers working to encourage the development, redevelopment and improvement of downtown areas in Chester, South Carolina. To promote events and festivals in the downtown that will support downtown merchants and encourage new merchants. Work with organizations to promote tourism in and around downtown Chester.
