About Us:

Christ's Lutheran Church is a warm and vibrant community of Christian believers located in the eastern suburbs of Pittsburgh, in Murrysville, Pennsylvania, close to Plum, Monroeville and Washington Township. We lift up the importance of Word and Sacraments as central to what we do in faith and life. The Sacrament of Holy Communion is celebrated weekly at all three services.

Our church provides many activities and programs for people of all ages:

• Sunday Church School

• Vacation Bible School

• Programs for children in grades K-6

• Youth Groups for junior and senior high school students with opportunities for service, social and sports activities

• Adult fellowship including Bible study, sewing groups, the Women of ELCA, Men's Prayer Breakfasts and community outreach activities

Early in 2006, Pastor Ed Sheehan entered his ministry at Christ’s. Pastor Ed brings new energy and vitality to the mission of Christ’s, to “Make Disciples!” Through Pastor Ed’s guidance, and with the support of the time, talent and treasure of our many dedicated parishioners, Christ’s Church continues to perform the work of our Lord which was begun in a little log church on a hill more than 200 years ago.
