History

Church of the Harvest began its existence in the fall of 1993 with just a couple of people attending.

The work began under the youthful leadership of Hombre Liggett, 23 years of age at the time, and was built with a hunger to pioneer into many of the uncharted areas of God’s ministry. An emphasis on the unity of God’s Spirit and love has been foundational for Harvest Church.

The location of the fellowship changed four times in its first two years. In 1995 with less than twenty committed people, and by God’s power and prophetic word, the fellowship landed in its current location, a 36,000 Sq. Ft. facility.

In the year 2000 we began to build relationship with a ministry under the leadership of Rick Joyner in North Carolina called MorningStar Fellowship Ministry. We have since become a MorningStar Fellowship Church and operate under the covering leadership and authority of MorningStar Ministries.

We are dedicated to worshiping Jesus with passion and liberty, reconciling the lost to Him, and equipping the saints to do the Lord’s ministry. It is our hope that God’s will might be for you to join His work here with us.
