About Cinema Verde:

Cinema Verde, a nonprofit Environmental Film and Arts Festival in Gainesville, Florida, produced by www.GoGreenNation.org, was created to raise awareness of environmental issues through film, the arts and community networking.  Cinema Verde presents films, music, art, workshops, community interactions, eco-fairs and eco-tours.We hold our annual film and art festival for 10 days every February.  We also conduct monthly film screenings and discussions throughout the year.

Green Drinks, an environmental networking event, hosts monthly Cinema Verde films and discussions. Our goal is to raise awareness of environmental concerns and bring the community together to help forge sustainable solutions for the future.
