Mission:

Part 1 - The CCC Bicycle Club was created to promote the general interest and enjoyment of bicycling for health, recreation, and economical transportation. To this end, the CCC will facilitate and conduct tours, outings and races, promote better bicycle riding conditions, and will advocate and advance safe and proper riding techniques.

Part 2 - The CCC will also endeavor to educate and inform local public officials and the general public about bicycling related issues.
