Keo, Arkansas is one of the few well-preserved cotton plantation towns in existence today.  We are located on U.S. Highway 165, 23 miles south of North Little Rock, Arkansas.

Keo is extremely proud of our continued growth and community spirit. We are a community that still remembers to truly care about one another an the community in which we live.  You might be surprised to find the number of businesses that exist in our small town with a population of only 232.Keo was recently noted in the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette as an Arkansas Historical Location and the Keo Commercial District was Listed in the National Register of Historic Places by the U.S. Department of the Interior on June 15, 2011.
