Omak's General Administrative Services are located in City Hall, an 8,600 square foot structure located at the corner of Central and North Ash Street. The facility was constructed in 1999.

The facility houses the council chambers, offices for the mayor, city clerk and clerical staff, building official, public works director, water departments staff and municipal court, as well as records and records storage space. The City Council, Board of Adjustment, Park Board, Plannning Commission, council committees and a variety of other public meetings are conducted at this facility.
