Civil Air Patrol (CAP) is the Auxiliary of the United States Air Force. Founded December 1, 1941, CAP has a long and distinguished history of volunteerism.
We are a all volunteer force comprised of people from every background and of all age groups 12 and over. Our three main missions, given to us by our U.S. Congressional charter, are Emergency Services, Cadet Programs and Aerospace Education.
We encourage you to learn more about Civil Air Patrol, our missions and how you can get involved. Please visit our website to learn more about what the Grand Forks Composite Squadron does for our nation, state and community.
