The Recreation & Parks Department provides a wide range of activities, programs, classes, trips, and facilities for the citizens of Colonial Heights. The department is organized into four primary divisions:  Recreation & Parks, Agency on Aging, Violet Bank Museum, and Buildings & Grounds.
